With a knack for seeing a clear path through complicated situations, Heather found her calling as one of the area’s top and most sought after event planners. As a Sacramento native, she puts her knowledge of venues, relationships with reliable vendors and quality resources to work for her clients.
As a certified meeting professional and founder of Independent Meeting Professionals Sacramento, she frequently partners with other professionals on complex projects. Further, she has mentored hundreds of planners over more than a decade as an instructor in the Meeting and Event Planning Certificate Program at her alma mater, CSUS. (Stingers up!)
In 2020, Heather received certification as a Virtual Events & Meetings Manager. Her busines, events!, is also certified by the State of California as a woman-owned small business. Heather continually seeks to stay at the forefront of the industry and has been awarded MPI’s Meeting Planner of the Year and Business Woman of the Year from NAWBO.
